For Macallan and Levi, it was friends at first sight. Everyone says guys and girls can’t be just friends, but these two are. They hang out after school, share tons of inside jokes, their families are super close, and Levi even starts dating one of Macallan’s friends. They are platonic and happy that way.

Reason for waiting:

I'm one of those people who totally think a guy and a girl could be friends their whole lives, no issues at all. But A LOT of my friends disagree with me (it's not my fault ya'll see the opposite sex as something to date and can't keep your shit together)!  I'm a sucker for books about best friends especially New Adult and Erotica books. Even though I totally believe people can have platonic relationships there's something intense and tingly about realizing your best friend digs you in that way. Also, I really like how simple this cover is!
