News:

  • Pre-ordering books on Amazon isn't such a great idea (esp when they ship the book a week after it's been released. What's up with that?!).
  • I'm still getting the hang of my Kindle.
  • I missed my monthly goal by one, again.
  • I made a vlog about the whole monthly goal thing, you can watch it here.
  • Other than that, I don't have much news recap for this month.
  • Oh, and I hate summer. Seriously. Is it winter yet?!

  1. Don't get yourself down because you didn't reach your monthly reading goal! Whatever you read is great, especially if you enjoyed the books.

    Complaining about summer? You must be a cold-weather girl! I don't enjoy hot steamy weather, but Santa Barbara summers are great at about 75 degrees!

  2. Even though you didn't quite reach your goal, you still had an awesome month. Keep up the great work, Marie!

  3. Yeah... Amazon needs to change that. I pre-ordered Mockingjay ('cuz it was cheap), and I don't think I can wait a week to read it! I'm gonna have to go in hiding or something, so that I won't hear any spoilers. o_o;;
